Skills and education :

~ knowledge’s and practice in radio & TV production, technologies, consulting and marketing :
* Courses in Bornholm,Danmark.
* Seminars (Digital TV)
* Practice experience, seminars and self education for mere than 8 years (look from 1993) .
* Work near framework for cable TV development in Latvia
* Publications in Latvia and abroad (from 13.11.99. was included in the Radio World Internation Edition contributors list)

~ Knowledges in computer software and hardvare instalation and using:
* 6 year practice in consulting of ofice PC and software users (Windows, Office, Internet and other) and PC administratoring.
* 6 year practice in using of Internet (finding of needed information, designing of web pages, updating)
* 6 year practice in simple software and hardvare instalation and using (audio/video cards, modems, drives, TCP/IP settings, Eithernet, Windows, Office, Far Manager, Visio, Autocad, 3D Studio Max(4) and other).

~ Knowledge’s and practice in architectural projecting and interior design :

Short reverse chronology :


            From 1996. :

~ I am working for National Radio and Television Council as senior referent in questions radio & TV.
~ I have activities in the field of marketing, consulting and publitsing.
* I prepared base for TV rebroadcasting agreements (MCM, France - TV Kanāls 4 ; The Adult Channel - Cable network Baltkom ; TV Eurotica - Cable network Baltkom ; MCM, France - Cable network Baltkom ; Country Music Radio - Latvian Television and Radio Center ,
* I prepared visits and needed contacts in Latvia and foreign for representatives of such companies as Nethold, British Telecom, Merlin Communications, General Electric Capital Satellites - Europe, The Landscape Channel, World Radio Network, Country Music Radio, European Satellites Users Group etc.

* To be closer to the developing of broadcasting and ofice equipment I administrate using of 8 ofice PC, give needed consultations to software users and make needed technical service and software/hardware installation.

* I colect information on Latvian broadcasters and put it in my web page www.iclub.lv/alnis. I have direct access to renovate information regulary.

* I have  publications for Latvian press and Radio World International Edition 13.05.98.; 05.08.98.;04.08.99.
* Every Year I meet great World exhibitions and seminars.


1993 - 1996 ~ work in the field of TV :

* In the TV company KANALS 4 I worked near studio design , video editing design , education of video editors ; I designed video technology and made video installation for life broadcasts, made video archive and technology’s project for it,
* I have good knowledge’s , skills and works in video regia (life broadcasts and editing),
* My video material about CMR 1995. was transmitted with success in the Europe and America in satellite broadcast TESUG TV and how illustrative material was played in some CMR business meetings.
* 2 week courses in Baltic Media Center , Bornholm , Denmark .
* seminars in Latvia .
* Practice with PC


1985 - 1993 :

* Self education in interior design and architecture .
* 1 Year drawing and painting studies ; teacher - Latvian painter Bruno Celmins .
* Work in Latvian Academy of Art - students organization ART; specialty - interior designer ; my largest projects :
Rigas Manufaktura's office , Abelju children house , Nereta's secondary school - hall restoration project .
* Taking part in Latvian competitions in architecture ; I have 3 prices win projects : Carnikava's culture house , Siguldas
open air concert hall , Spidola's school in Jelgava (sold project) .
* 1987 - 1989 studies in Latvian Technical University, architecture .

1982 - 1984 :

            * studies in Latvian Agriculture academy ; specialty - mechanization of agriculture.
