The Family Support Coordination Center (FSCC) was founded in 1995. The impetus for the formation of this organization came from the Family Seminars, which are a component of the yearly 3x3 Latvian Family Ethnic Heritage Camps, held in Latvia and other countries.
The Family Support Coordination Center is a project funded by the World Federation of Free Latvians.
