My name is Eugen ROGOV. I am professor, a member of the International Nobel Information Centre. I have more than 400 publications on science development, engeneering and art. My book "The Atlas of History of Russian Culture" was submitted for the Nobel Prize. My name is included into the publication "Five Hundred Leaders of Influence. 1967-1997" (American Biografical Institute).

I have written several encyclopaedias which arise readers' interest practically in all countries of the world. I should be obliged if you would render in the publishing of my books.

Besides, I give lectures on the encyclopaedias and books I have written.

RUSSIA. THE CHRONOLOGICAL ENCYCLOPAEDIA
The book consists of 14 sections: history, literature, fine arts, theatre, mathematics, physics, geography, geology, engineering, chemestry, music, biology, psychology. Each sections consists of 4 parts: concise history of the given branch of science, fine arts; chronology including dates concerning Russia as well as the whole world; chronological maps with the duration of lives of outstanding people given in a definite scale, 3000 concise biographies. In the part called "Mtditations" the unique diagram of the devolopment of Russia from 1640 to 2040 is given. The first edition under the name "The Atlas of History of Russian Culture" was submitted for the Nobel Prize. There are no analoques in the world.

THE MONARHS. ENCYCLOPAEDIA
The book contains biographes of 1300 monarhs for the whole history of mankind: pharaohs, khans, shahs, kings, princes (dukes), emperors, etc. The biographies are aranged in chronological order. There are more 2500 battles given in chronological order. The chronology of events in all spheres of human activity, political maps of countries according to a certain period are given there. There are no analoques in the world.

THE GENIUSES. ENCYCLOPAEDIA
320 biographies of outstanding people in all spheres of activity (expects for politicals). The biographies are arranged in chronological order to the periods. Each period is preceded by chronological list of different events of the given perod, concise world history, patterns of creative works of each genius personality are also given. There are no analoques in the world.

CULTURE. ENCYCLOPAEDIA
The dynamics of world culture development for the last 500 years in diagrams followed by analitical analyses is given in the book. The analyses more than 300 diagrams for all kinds of human activityreveals the unique interrelation of art and science as a whole as well as individually according to each field. The intellectual figure of a man is represented for the first time in this book. There are no analoque in the world.

ENCYCLOPAEDIA OF FAIRY-TALES
The book contains 1000 folk tales of all times and people of the world. The countries are arranged in alphabetical order. The tales of each country are accompanied by its maps, brief ethnographical study, drawings of traditional kinds of dwellings, folk dresses, representation of flora and fauna typical for this country. Therefore a reader before reading the fairy-tales of a certain country has a possibility to make preliminary acquaintance with it. There are no analoque in the world.

THE LAST COLOUR OF THE UNIVERSE
It is a presentation in popular form of modern science actual problem. The secrets of general interrelationshih in nature are disclosed there: how long will a man live in millions years; what is the period of our galaxy existence; why do we know less about cold in the head than about structare of substance; does poetry have an influence on chemestry, whether it is possible to determine the duration of human life with the help of mathematics and biology, etc.

5000 STEPS TO PERFECTION
5000 dates of the whole history of mankind are given in the bjjk; and not only mankind, but also dates, if it is possible to call them so in this case, concerning origin and development of the Universe, the Halaxy, the Solar system and finally, the Earth. The unique classification method of data bulk, which has no analoques, allows to select - ert, science, engineering etc. All dates are placed in order so that from time to time some of them could be selected from the bulk for the description of less known, wrongfully forgotten, but interesting events from all spheres of activity of men. There are no analoque in the world.
